99.9% finished with the steering arm project. I need to get three 5/8 gr8 washers for the TRE nuts. The teraflex knuckle arms are drilled straight with taper adapters, these need a slight gap under the arm, a washer will fix it. It had gr5 washers but they looked a little beat up and bent.

Try a battery disconnect/reset. It is free and may fix the trans shift bug.

Bosch problems are not limited to Jeeps. I would switch to NGK/NTK sensors and see if that helps AFTER you confirm the battery clamp issue.

I believe or assume you mean the strike hoop on the pillar. You can use a torx bit to loosen and move the plate around for adjustment. I don't remember the torx size, but it is big. When I swap my half doors from full and vice verse, I have to adjust the two front doors slightly. You can fine...

Does that apply to anti rock style sway bars too? The reason for asking is I have a coilover swap coming up and "longer" sway bar links are recommended. I already have the teraflex swaybar system matched to my 4.5" lift. They sit a little high, maybe 2 degrees up.

The "no-start" fear is receding lol. Like your situation, I have had 100% starts for the last month or so.

Did the shop explain why longer sway bar links are recommended?
