Yep only about a half hour from me. The Gto is my other project. Currently in the process of putting a rebuilt 455 in it that’s bored .30 over.

I have had my OEM AL 17 rims in my basement for the last 7yrs. I want to paint them black and outfit them with a good ALL Weather Tire for next winter. Did you paint your rims yourself and with what? There have been posts about this, but I can not find them (lazy). Currently I have steel wheels...

Update to “project apocalypse “ Got the wheels painted, removed the rear bumper with plans to build one. Got a free OEM front bumper and decided I’d make do with fabricating some additions to the OEM stock steel for the time being. Ordered rough country seat covers, as well as a sunshade top.

So when I got Jeep the tailgate had a dent on the corner. Dealer agreed to fix it for no cost. Turned out great.

Will definitely have some soon. They’re ready to go for a ride for sure.

Got my mirrors delivered today.

New to the forum and new to the Wrangler. Had a cherokee(Xj) years ago. Just picked up a 2018 Wrangler sport in rhino. Named her Jolene, so far pretty happy with her. Have wanted a Wrangler for a long time. Will be a slow build, but first plans would be to build a bumper for it, trailer hitch...
