Just going by what I’ve tried, Metalcloak 2.5 true dual is my favorite so far. Rides / performs great on the road and works well offroad.

The locker button, at least on mine, is a rocker type switch. Down twice engages both axles, starting with the rear, up disengages them. The light will flash until they are fully disengaged. They only work in 4 wheel low and should disengage upon leaving 4lo. Side note: I also come from...

Mine also will hang up at times, so far it has eventually come unlocked before exiting the trail and I have just ignored the problem. Others have had this problem as well and everyone points to the actuator, part# 68312884AA.

They are aluminum and considerably lighter than JK doors.

I run that lift on my 13. If you have or plan to get a winch/bumper I recommend getting 3.5” front springs. I wish I would have, as it is I have a sagging front end

FYI if you’re interested in the wireless remote, both badlands we have messed with failed. The solenoid box is not water proof and fails over time. I’m not knocking their winch, just the add on remote.

I have a warn (synthetic) currently, and have had smittybuilt and badlands. I have no complaints about any of them, they always got me out of whatever I was stuck in. With that said, I love the spool speed of the warm. This doesn’t sound like a big deal, but it is nice when using the winch...

I got the MC true with rock sport shocks and I really like it. A lot of people hate on MC, I don’t get it. The kit rides smooth and works great off road, I don’t think you will be dissatisfied.
