So all lights worked up to the point of hooking the trailer up?

2010 JK Wrangler OEM Rubicon Electronic Front Sway Bar Rebuild

It is prone to failure due to its design, not very weather tight, and as you can see expensive to fix. Otherwise, it is great (IMO)…on the road you have the stability of a connected bar, press a button from inside the cab and you are disconnected.

2010 JK Wrangler OEM Rubicon Electronic Front Sway Bar Rebuild

Unless I’m missing something here, which is very possible cause I’m stupid…your jeep is a rubicon and therefore has the electronic sway bar. If it has failed, then you can add the manual evo system for $120 and be set.

2010 JK Wrangler OEM Rubicon Electronic Front Sway Bar Rebuild

I don’t suppose I have a need for it right now. If the actuator is still good, with some patience it will sell. That 1 piece is the bulk of the sway bar price at around 2k from an aftermarket company. Edit to say, I was wrong…3k! Which is why most people, like you, go to a manual...

Code P0300 after replacing spark plugs, air intake, throttle spacer

A friend owned this one for years and I always wanted it. The barrel finally rotted out and he was going to scrap it, and I ended up with it. I had a local machine shop roll a new barrel, I reinstalled the rest and its back in action. I love the top loading door, ole girl puts out a lot of heat!

Turning off the center console USB port

Is the answer…unplug the charger? Sorry, had to.

2010 JK Wrangler OEM Rubicon Electronic Front Sway Bar Rebuild

Price varies wildly in this area, quick search shows 175 to 600 with 600 being a working unit. I just reworked mine after a mishap, paid 300 for the actuator and 150 for a new wiring harness. @Danarch The evo manual system isn’t too bad, around 120$.

2010 JK Wrangler OEM Rubicon Electronic Front Sway Bar Rebuild

OP is asking about the rubicon sway bar, which is electronic. I assume you’re wanting to sell it due to the value? Can’t recommend a shop but, it isn’t a hard job at all. Selling it after a rebuild without proving it works however…..

Blatantly stolen from the TJ site... Which one of you will be the first to have one? Edit to say: Apparently, I do not know the definition of manly.

Code P0300 after replacing spark plugs, air intake, throttle spacer

Was just poking fun a bit…what 1 person thinks is needed, 5 others think is a waste. Been driving mustangs for 35 years, own 2 now, your CAI intake isn’t making any real difference. Do your get 10hp? Probably…does that matter, not at all. Edit to post my not stock heap…yea, it has a CAI...

    Lighted power mirror switch

This is my favorite option on our heap! We leave the doors/top off most of the year, can’t beat them on cool nights. Can you imagine how awesome cooled seats would be while creeping over some rocks in the heat.

What did you do to your JK today?

There were some in our group that used badlands from harbor freight, and had failures, 2 out of 3 to be exact. Both about 1 year old and only mild use, I would not recommend them. I have used Smittybuilt in the past with good luck however, I only had it for about 2 years. I now have CTI9500...

Awesome work, hope you keep us updated! What precautions did you take against bowing the axle tube? I’ve considered trussing my 44s, some say it’s no problem others guarantee failure. :ROFLMAO:

What did you do to your JK today?

I can’t really speak to the durability as this is my first experience with one. They are supposed to be quieter and warmer due to the thicker construction. Comparing aesthetics of the two, it looks much nicer than my sailcloth top as it is a black fabric rather than vinyl.
