Best place to order Mopar parts?

Have some quarantine-time and want to tune up my wife's new-to-us 2008 Jeep Wrangler JK 2-door. Nothing really wrong, just want to go through it to make sure everything is OK. For all I know, all of this service was done by the PO and I will be wasting my time and money. I just got it...

I have slightly larger tires - 18" rims and 32" tires, IIRC...I will double check. Not too far from stock, but would be neat to see if the data is accurate. Looking forward to playing around, but will be sure to read the instructions so I don't brick my jeep.

Hmmm...if I use the JScan to turn on the DRL feature, that still does not solve the where do I wire up the halo issue...but I think I have it figured out now.

What other things have you done with JScan? Are there some standard/basic things I should do when I get it? This looks like a powerful and fun toy...any advice appreciated.

NO - I don't know what J-Scan is even. A phone app? Do I need an ODB2 scanner? I'll go look it up.

No idea if the DLR function is activated - how do I find out? I will have to research this. Can I tie the DLR's to the parking lights as a cheat? Maybe just wire a separate feed from switched power at the fuse box to the DLR's so anytime the car is on they are on? But then how to get the...

OK - I broke down and ordered a set of LED head and fog lights on Amazon. When they come in I'll install them and do a review.

you can clean and dry it, then spray lightly rusty areas with a rust converter, then paint with POR-15. If you get POR-15 on your hands, it's not coming off, so wear gloves.

If anyone has replaced their OEM carpet and still has the back middle piece (the floor area of rear carpet, not the wheel wells), mine is missing/cut up, and I'd like just that piece. 2008 2 door JK - black. Thanks! I am in NH

OH - I would be way over $45. $50ish for the harness and $50 ish for the two lights or bulbs, easy.

Here is another dumb question...Why not just throw a fairly inexpensive halogen sealed beam unit into the Jeep vs. the system with a separate bulb and lens?. 7" round is standard and the sealed units should be pretty bright.

Thanks...My OEM lenses are a bit foggy and pitted, so might just go the H4 route and order these!

I am familiar with some of the trails shown here - and they are hiking or biking but not Jeep friendly. Is there a way to sort by "vehicle" trails?

I am from NH too and am new to having a Jeep ("Jeeping"?). Not looking for anything risky, but mild off roading would be fun.
