Here's a couple ideas. Is there a little red dot on at the top right of the dash cluster when this happens? Have you tried starting it in 4 low? Also there are a few writeups on bypassing the neutral safety switch. The fuse your pulling up is it the one with the yellow cage around it?

When your checking your steering wheel to see if it's centered when driving straight down the road you just look at the steering wheel.

I put a Viper TB on my Jeep along with a tune for it and I noticed a difference.

That Code has to do with the Sparkplugs, did you use OEM plugs? Might also do a ECM reset to see if that clears it.
