    Try raising the front of the Jeep up about 6" with the cap off and engine idling, most of the time that works the best to get the air out.

    Sounds like a bad ground, try running another ground from Battery to alternator case.

    It's the inner axle seal at the Center Section, in the mean time you should check to see if your gear oil is low so you don't cause bearing failure.

    I would think if your not getting a CEL for low temperature your ok, that is if it does do a low temp CEL.

    Do you still have the junk Factory battery clamps on? If so replace them with some HD clamps, also run a ground from the neg post to the alternator to give the engine better grounding.

    Can't you just leave the m13 fuse out, have you tried that?
