Hmmm..... it’s actually a 1”shaft, if you need the true measurement of a motor of this Manly significance. The hole is indeed 1/8”. And I DO NOT recommend reaming it out. As far as a custom CAI for a 2015.... it’s possible, but it won’t fit in the same space as the motor will. I recommend...

this isn’t a heater core, or a flow problem. It’s in the air box somewhere. If you are getting hot air on one side of the cabin with lots of air flow, and cold air on the other side, with an equal amount of air flow, then you have an issue where the blend door, or a flow door isn’t positioned...
