I know it's apples and oranges, but I have a 2007 H3 with 4.56 gears and a detroit locker in the rear. I really like the Hummer for a winter/trail beater. It has a lot of miles, and it is a Michigan vehicle, so restoration or accessorizing doesn't make sense.

I have 35's and 4.56 gears that are supposed to arrive next Thursday.

Unfortunately, I don't know. I assumed it was stock, I will go out to the barn tomorrow and look for some clues. Any idea on where to look? I think it has a spot to mount a winch under the center cover.

Has any one deleted the spare tire carrier and placed the spare in the back of the jeep? Of course it would need to be strapped down. That would make me wonder if the four tie downs would be up to the task.

I may have finally figured out the way to post pictures! I would rather lay in the snow, and work for an hour than post pictures! I am a computer illiterate that can't figure out why the computer isn't more intuitive, and easier to operate for simple tasks.

I went and picked up the jeep from the shop where they installed a 4" lift. Next week when the tires and gears come in, I will have 35" tires, and after some tutelage from BlackJKU, I will have a set of 4.56 gears installed. He recommends 4.88's, but I will compromise and go with stock axles...

Thanks for that info, I am about to run into the same issue. I will need a heavy duty spare mount for 35's, as well as rims to replace my stock rims. Unfortunately, It will wait in the barn for a couple of months while I build up more cash.
