I've run Uniden PRO505XL for a while and really like it. The range on it is easily 3+ miles and it would probably get more range if i would actually tune the antenna too but it's a great set up right out of the box. A friend I wheel with uses the pro520 listed above and he loves it too.

It's the first gen Smittybilt XRC bumper/tire carrier combination. It's pretty solid and the hinge is grease able so that was a plus for me.

We have a fewplaces. I live about 15 minutes from Interlake SRA so I try to get out there regularly and I'm trying to plan a trip to Redbird SRA this summer which is about an hour from me. I'm also in an area with a lot of poorly maintained gravel roads so they can be fun too. Haha
