How do I get this out?

I can't see from your pics but is the pitman arm still connected to the steering box?

    Method beadgrips

I personally have never used them but have seen them in action. I must say, I was impressed. The same trail I was running with 8 psi on beadlocks this dude with a newer Taco was running 8 psi with the Method Bead Grips. The trail rating was a 6 so nothing extreme but not a Sunday drive either.

How do I fix these wires?

Splice them together with whatever method you want but I recommend using heat shrink tubing to keep the wires from getting corrosion. Don't just wrap them in electrical tape and call it a day.

Rear wiper switch works front wipers

Welcome! Hmmmm...since owning my Jeep, I can honestly say I've never once used my rear wiper. Now I have to try it and see what it does or if it even works!

    No rear lights?

    Thanks for the update!

    Bolt / nut problems

This is your best option. The nutzert will work too but does not sit flush with the frame. There is a lip from the nutzert which raises the surface. If you're planning to install A-pillar lights or a light bar you could have trouble getting the holes to line up on the bracket.

    Bolt / nut problems

The thin square nut on the inside more than likely rusted fast to the torx screw and broke the threads. You are able to gain access once you lay the windshield down. You will have to remove the bracket that hold the windshield upright. Plenty of YouTube videos on how to lay your windshield down...

What did you do to your JK today?

Took an extended weekend overlanding trip with a couple buddies to Weiser State Forrest. My buddy in his baby bronco wanted to try the level 4 trail. He made it but, barely. He ended up getting some free pinstripes out of the trip too. We ate like kings the whole time. We also ended up being the...

    Rear bumper tire carrier suggestions

I'm also running the Smittybilt HD on my Jk. I got 37's on 17" beadlocks. Zero issues for years. Have you oiled the pins at all to stop the creaking? With the sagging, have you looked to see if your alignment on the tailgate and the body are ok?

I only have 1 key fob and I have my a pillar and light bar wired together. I keep my key fob with my keys.

I used this setup for my a pillar lights and light bar. No need for switches inside the Jeep.

    Jasper vs LKQ remanufactured engine

I'd look at the broken side and see if the metal is clean or dirty. That will tell you everything. Nice and clean means the Trans shop broke it off. But getting back to your original question...I've had really good luck with alot of LKQ items.

    Battery Cables

When I replaced my battery clamps, I didn't loose anything. Radio remembered everything. ALL my Jscan settings stayed too. I'd say my battery was unhooked for maybe hour and a half? Took me longer to find my lugs and crimper than to replace everything.

ECT Drops 50° When Lifting Throttle

You would eventually get a code for a failed or failing t-stat. It's not unheard of for a t-stat to act up like this. I'd start with burping the system to rule out air causing this issue.

    Stinger HEIGH10 Issues

The Heigh10 is a plug and play unit. Ive installed 1 in a friends Jk. For it to be blowing fuses like this, I'd say there is a hot, 12v + wire, that got nicked somewhere or is not capped off and grounding itself to metal brackets in the dash and causing the fuse to blow. Here's a uTube video on...
