What rear diff do I have?

I believe so except for the first year... Some of those had 35s

Need Help with SIMPLE OEM Radio upgrade 2008 JK

I also can't tolerate a head unit without a volume knob. That's just my HMU preference.

What rear diff do I have?

Assuming there were no aftermarket installs like ARB, Eaton e-locker, etc... Chock the front wheels, neutral, jack up the rear and spin one of the tires. Observe the other. If it moves in the same direction you have the factory limited slip... Or you can try to do a burn out and see how...

What did you do to your JK today?

$5500 installed based on the YT comments. Very cool idea but a bit steep for my usage.

How can I get the 2013 TPMS sensors to communicate with the 2014 wheels and tires?

Just curious... Did you upgrade the wheels and/or tires on the 13?

Put the top back on for now... The Mrs.' vehicle is going into the shop and we need two all-weather vehicles. Tried the tool-less retaining fasteners for the top. Without the dogpoint they were more difficult to get threaded to the nut. Maybe after a few times I'll find a better process...

2012 Jeep Wrangler JKU starting issues

Thanks for the update! Grounds have been a common cause with others so hopefully that was it.

    Spare Tire Delete (Convince Me)

Ill throw another variable out there for consideration. Every leak I have experienced in the last handful of years has been on a vehicle with functional TPMS sensors. I was notified well in advance of a total undrivable failure and could take appropriate action. In fact, I've had exactly...

    Spare Tire Delete (Convince Me)

I did exactly the same thing... Camera and five tire rotation. That's what's great about forums like this - lots of varying opinions. I tend to favor the look of them with the spare! To each their own... My opinion is really only valuable to me. 😁

    RC crawlers

I really dig these that are closer in proportion to full scale vehicles. I think if I ever got into this I would also try to replicate the scaled vehicle weight, too... Or maybe they already do this??

    Totally agree!

Tough Trail Day and Fender Recommendations?

The only caveat to that is when the point of breakage becomes the story you tell for years to come... At least, that was my experience from auto racing.

    High mileage 3.8 JK

Agree with this. Especially if you (@High Mt. Jk 63 ) are the one that put all the miles on the vehicle and you know the service history.

    Antenna recommendation

Second this. Stock antenna is tested and works to OEM specs and requirements. Aftermarket units are usually for aesthetic aspects and rarely perform as good as the OEM antenna.

    Intermittent starting issue

Maybe a cracked injector... Usually a pfi injector either works or it doesn't. Or it is semi/partially clogged. Overfuelling would generally be a command issue from the ECU.

    Intermittent starting issue

Also rules out the ground issue and any parasitic draw from the aftermarket winch and lights. Thinking through the basics - spark, air fuel. Since it finally does start and run I would rule out airflow from a macro perspective. If you are smelling fuel there is probably not a fuel...
