Have you replaced the sensor as well as the crankshaft sensor? Sometimes that fixes it. I would start with the plug though if the pin looks bad. 4.96 should be fine.

When you look at roof racks look at the dynamic load rating, not the static… static doesn’t matter if you want to move… @Anybodyhome the smittybilt does not have that load rating with gutter mounted brackets, not even close. It is rated for 150lbs. I know a guy that overloaded it and cracked...

Is seems as if your teeth are meshing improperly when they rotate. I would take it to a off-road shop that actually does gears. Might not be shimmed right or too loose or too tight.

I personally would like a high clearance quiet cat back. With that engine, the quieter the better imo.

I have the Ultimate 44 front as well. I have never had one and haven’t had an issue.
