Would you pay 60k for this JK?

A fairly clean build, but $60k for something on factory axles and a V6 is silly... you can find much more functional and/or niche specific builds for less than that.

For me, it's only worth blue book value for a 2010. I would never buy anyone's build. That is why I spent almost a year looking for mine.

I love buying projects but I am vert particular about them... you can usually tell pretty quick about someone's ability to do a "big" project. A lot of times, many legit builders simply get "tired" or bored of a project and you can scoop up a killer deal. A lot of V8 JK's fall into this category. People spend good money, often at known builders or shops, to build a Jeep only to be bored of it and sell it for 1/3 what they have into it. Had I not already bought my JKU (at a time when the car market was still in somewhat short supply), I would absolutely be looking for a Hemi swapped rig from out west.

When I was in AZ, I would buy projects all the time, and usually part out a lot of them and keep the parts I wanted/needed. I am a freak and keep spreadsheets and I have never lost money on any Jeep, 4x4, or hotrod project in 25 years by doing this... To be fair though, my current JKU is likely to break that streak haha :)
