After Market Bumpers

Can anyone recommend an after market bumper/receiver that is tow rated or a bumper that allows for the OEM receiver? I'm upgrading my stock bumpers and rock sliders. Most of the bumpers I find with 2" receiver state in the fine print they support bike racks. I need to tow a small trailer. I want a mid-width bumper that supports an oversize tire mount, and can tow, all without breaking the bank.
The bumper linked is what I'm looking for, but needs to be rated for towing.

The wife has this bumper and so far it has worked well.

Thats simpler too the bumper I have never had an issue towing cost about 6 something I went with the one with led tail lights really lights up when you backing up at night
