2015 JK manual won't go over 3000 RPM

Hello I am here for the first time and I have a problem with my Jeep wrangler 2015 .The thing is that wen I'm driving it will not go more than 3000 RPM in third gear it is manual gearbox
Have you heard about this if so please tell me

But it goes higher in other gears? My YJ did something similar but it was across all gears, turned out to be a clogged catalytic converter.
 
This only happens in 3rd gear but there is a sensor for the 3rd gear on the gearbox but does not work because ti dos-int do anything it dos-int reach far enough into the box to do anything and I have tried to connect it open or closed wile driving
I can not find a gearbox with this sensor in it

I checked my JK today and 3rd gear goes past 3000 rpm's, I wouldn't know why or how they could put something on the transmission to stop 3rd gear from going past that.
