Front Bumper cover fastener

Here is a photo of my front bumper cover, which for some reason isn't attached. Can somebody take a look to see what kind of fastener Jeep uses in this hole (1 of 2). I'm guessing it might be a clip of some sort, else a nut & bolt. Thanks in advance!

If I recall correctly it is a plastic screw when screwed down it just expands the plastic housing on the screw. Something similar to the below.
