I bought it off of Amazon. I grabbed a scratched and dented one for $17. The reviews aren't great because it attaches with tape but I saw a review that secures it with a zip tie that still looks clean so that's what I'm planning on doing for the long term. Ya the phone holder comes with it...

This group was definitely receptive and yes it does seem like the norm in jeep culture. My norm is going offroad solo with just my 2 sons in the backseat so when I do a group ride I rarely know anyone else in the group. I don't remember a time that I did not feel welcomed by a group that I met...

You're welcome. This is the only ride I've done with them but everyone I met was extremely friendly and welcoming. I would definitely suggest joining them for rides if you can. I plan to do more with the group in the future.

It was an organized ride that was hosted by Pennyrile Off Roaders. It is a facebook group. They just did 3 days on the Daniel Boone Backcountry Byway last weekend too. It is a pretty active group. You should look them up if you're on Facebook.

I've decided not to buy them. I'll see if I can post the add in here. I agree that a 44 is a nice upgrade from the 30 but my new plan is to save some money and replace with a crate dana 44 when I need new tires in a few years.

That is my major concern too but the seller said they were removed because he upgraded to 1 tons. Attached is the pic from the sellers ad. They definitely do look a little rough compared to the axles on my jeep.
