I noticed a ticking sound coming from the driver's side of my engine. It does not start until after the engine warms up. I am thinking lifters or exhaust manifold leak, any ideas?

I have a 2012 JK is 12JK with a 3 and a 1/2 inch metal cloak lift and 37x13.5 tires. The Jeep does drive amazingly well on the road, very capable rig off road as well. I would like to get a little more clearance thinking about 4" Springs and up grade shocks. Possibly some steering upgrades...
