You're going to want to look for a vendor who has High-performance cast vinyl. You'll get 8-10 years out of this. 3M is a good choice. Oracal 651 is also good. You'll get about 6-8 years out of it. Try and stay away from calendered vinyl, which is what I'm assuming you bought. Propper prepping...
There should not be pressure after a week of sitting! Honestly, after 12 hours there shouldn't be pressure. It's either a head gasket leak or a cracked block from it overheating. Have you looked under your oil cap for any light colored chocolate milk?
In your "front left" picture, I can see your front sway bar links need to be longer. You want your front sway bar to be level with the ground. JKS makes adjustable quick disconnects. Just my .02 cents but, I'd go that route.
