    Check the conversion/adapter cables (H4 to H13), four different jeeps had the same issue; for some reason (cheap adapters) get loose and don't fit right.

    I just read this post, don't know if you got one but Quadratec and Northridge 4X4 sell them for $167, they come with the vacuum pump relocation bracket. I have the winch plate but without the hardware. You can have it for $50 w/o shipping. Im in southern Maryland.
