Will to equipment from a JK fit a Gladiator?

Go to the website of the gear you use. See what they say to use with the JLs, JTs. On buying a JT, word is they are selling slow. Which should drive the introduction of bigger engines and transmissions and might lead to some big discounts on the stagnant inventory. I'm not sure how much truth...

Where do I start with my Jeep?

Where in Canada did it come from. So far that one underside pic does not look bad. How about a couple at the rear. I agree with Chris, wait for a hot dry day, wire wheel and a regular spray paint. I'm not a fan of POR either. Rust Coat is my go too. No matter what you choose the dryer the better.

How much can Jeep Wranglers tow?

Trailer brakes are a regulated thing. In California you must have trailer brakes at 1500#. In Alaska trailer brakes are not mandated til until 5000#. Every state has their own law.

Going on a trail ride, what should I bring?

With 3 Wranglers you can probably divide up the tool list, 6 traction boards might be overkill. With 30 ATVs is there any need for a trailer if one breaks down?
