I have a squeaking sound or chirping that sounds like it's coming from the rear. Sounds like it's in sync with my tire rotation. Stops when I apply my brakes. I tried to adjust dust covers but it didn't help. Any thoughts or ideas? Thanks

Stone in the brake pad, pads are needing to be replaced, wheel bearing is bad.
Since it stops when you apply the brakes it's probably in the pads, most have a wear piece on them that makes a noise when the pads get low.
If the squeek goes away from applying the breaks, it could be a loose pad from a clip falling out or it being worn. Check to see if all your pads have both clips installed.
