Horns don’t work

Hello, 2012 Wrangler 4 door here.
Horns don’t work. Checked the fuses, fuses good but no power on either side of the fuse.
I don’t have a proper manual or wiring diagram to trace back where 12v should come from.
Couldn’t find a horn relay.
Probably something simple I’m missing .
Thoughts?

Not sure which is more effective- the OEM horn or yelling out the window.
I've never been more embarrassed than when I've had to lean into the horn the few times I've used it in 10 years.

My suggestion: install onboard air that can be used for air tools, airing up tires and an air horn that will actually get someone's attention.

I installed a twin ARB on my SuperDuty and would love to have the same on the Jeep. Totally unnecessary but nice when you need it!
