Oil Residue Near Shifter (2010 Jeep Wrangler)

I’m having oily residue keep showing up by my shifter, and it seems to collect in the front tray in front of the shifter. Even after I clean it, it keeps coming back. Is this a common JK issue? What could be leaking? Its an automatic transmission btw. Thanks!

Did you notice if it only happens after it rains or it's really dewy outside in the morning?
