Lift kits above 3 inches are when you need to be worried about the geometry of the bits. Other than that, No, you will be fine, I have that size tire and about that size wheel. ((I forget if it is 8.5 or 9)
They are very common sizes. You are probably going to get some rubbing at full turn, but it may just be the plastic air dam which is easily removable or cuttable. You will need to adjust the tire size in the computer. Most of us here use the JSCAN app. Tons of options and a powerful tool for jeep owners that are going to do any modding. Get the blutooth dongle that their website suggests.
If you don't change the size in the computer the shift points for the transmission will be wrong. Unless you have a manual, then it is just so you know how fast you are going.
