New to this side of the forum group. Had a 1999 TJ and was a member on the Wrangler TJ Forum. Sold the TJ when I came across a 2013 JK.

The TJ was a lot of fun to drive around town on the weekends in the cooler months as it had no AC. The four angry squirrels kept me off the highway.

The JK has the bigger engine and AC, amongst other things. Really enjoying it so far.

Very grateful for my time on the TJ Forum. Learned a lot and had a good time there.

Looking forward to the same here.

Damn... Makes me want to have a TJ as an addition. That's originally what I wanted before we bought our JKU (for the toddlers). Someday... but, it'll be longer now since I just ordered much needed 4.56 gears and will have them swapped with the 3.21s (convinced my wife it was her idea 🤣).

Congrats on the purchases/additions.

I enjoy my JKU but not as much as my TJ. Certainly, it's more convenient for groceries and to lug things around.

@Lxxtsy that's a gorgeous TJ you got. I know if I were to sell mine, Id miss it the day it was gone. What makes it harder to let it go is that it's where I want it in terms of mods, and I daily'd it at one point too.

Just finished my first 6 week trip out in my JK 4500 miles alone and staying as far out as possible, the storage build worked great. Out of all the mods, I wish I would have discovered Titan Fuel Tanks Earlier. Jerry Cans on the Roof are not cool
Sounds like quite the adventure!
