The auto mechanics that I took it into said that they can’t get my Jeep to make the noise long enough to locate. He also said that he checked the idle pulley bearings and they seemed to not be worn out. What else could it be?

I didn’t ask if they took the belt off or not. I just assumed they did? My fault for assuming I guess. Everything is just pointing to an idle pulley bearing so I may just have them all replaced if that’s the case.

It's not that hard to remove the belt and start it up to see if the noise is gone when it makes it again. Or just remove it to check the water pump and other rollers for the belt.
