Wrong size shocks?

So I just purchased a set of rough country premium N3 shocks. But it was an open box deal from a 4" lift kit. I contacted extreme terrain about, they said they're not adjustable but could not tell me if they will work on stock height. Are these going to work or is this going to be a problem? Thanks.

They’re too long for your application. Your choices are install their lift kit to match the shocks or order the factory length shocks.

That's what I was afraid of. wanna buy some shocks? Lol

Just return them..xtreme terrian /rough country usually never an issue ...good luck brother keep the shinny side up

Nah, I bought better. Teraflex. RC is meh.

Those shocks are 4" too long, which means they are going to bottom out on the compression stroke. Which will, in short order, result in breakage.
