Rather, it's a design issue and will be remedied with updated software to reduce engine torque when the clutch assembly's temperature rises too high. If the problem develops in one of the affected trucks, drivers may smell a burnt odor before it fails.</p><p></p><p>The automaker also said that it is aware of one accident and no injuries as a result of the faulty parts.
