This is not an earth shattering concern however I have a question regarding the hole in the brake pedal. Our wrangler is a 2012 and a Canadian variety and as a result has some little quirks. One of those quirks being the lighting configuration. The other, and it may not have anything to do with where the vehicle was sold, there is a square hole in the brake pedal. The only time I have seen anything similar was on a humvee where a cable ran through the steering so you could lock it down. Is the hole in the pedal the same idea?
