Would I be able to install a steering damper without a jack? How difficult is it to replace one? Thank you guys in advance

Easier then replacing a shock, no jack needed.

Thank you! So I can literally change it on a flat surface just taking the bolts off and putting the new one in and fastening the bolts, right?

Yes you might need a pry bar or big screwdriver to pry the ends off the bolts ( Studs ).

Definitely one of the easiest things you can do. No jack needed whatsoever.
