Will upgrading to 4.10 gears render 6th gear useless?

I have a 2016 jku with 6 speed manual and 3.21 gears.. Will upgrading to 4.10 gears cause me lose or render 6th gear useless?

Are you doing this to upgrade to bigger tires? Actually you'll need 6th gear even more if you want to be able to drive in the RPM range your supposed to.

Yes I plan to upgrade wheels and tires in the next year but also looking to better towing capacity. 3.21 gears suck for towing...
 
4.10 is base rubicon ratio.

as a note, no matter what the gear ratio a 4 door wrangler is only rated up to 3500 lbs. But yeah. I'm unsure why they ever bothered with 3.21. Probably some fuel economy thing.

If your not going to be Off Roading then you could get by with 4.10's. Most put 4.56's in with 35's.

Mine does fine with 4:10s and 35`s but if I was having gears installed I would go with 456 or 488
