What parts do I need to go from a Mopar 2" lift to Mopar 4" lift?

Hello All,
I have a MOPAR 2" lift kit installed on my JKUHR. I am considering upgrading to the MOPAR 4" lift kit. Does anyone know of the different parts i can purchase for the upgrade, or are all the parts different going from the 2" to the 4"? Do I have to purchase a whole new kit?

Here's the parts for the Mopar 2" lift:

Literally everything is different. The springs are longer on the 4" lift, the shocks are longer, it comes with new control arms, new brake lines, and a high steer kit.

Basically nothing on your 2" lift will work with this new Mopar 4" lift. You've got to buy the entire lift and start over.

I'm sorry to say that, but that's the harsh reality of it. Even the driveshaft will be a slightly different length for a 4" lift.

Wow. Hated to hear that. But THANK YOU for taking the time to explain. And so the quest begins. More saving. More spending.

I might have find someone to swap my 37s for their 35s. Im depressed.
Did you put 37's on it? Yeah, the gear ratios are really sinking you. I went through a similar process while doing upgrades on the JK I have.

The JK I have had original 3.21's and so I dropped in 4.56 Electric Lockers since I was upgrading for a build that would be for towing RV Trailer. (You can see my other thread on the completion and what the combined rig looks like).

You would maybe need to use 4.88's based on the charts I checked to make it a liveable highway and town machine again. Also, watch your speed too you are going about 20-25 mph faster too than what the speedo is showing.

Does anyone know if i need to include the long arms in the 4" lift purchase. Or, are springs and shocks all i need?

If you're looking for just a little clearance, would a 1" spacer above each front and rear spring do the trick? With the Mopar lift typically lifting a JKU close to 3", that should get you close to your desired 4". I've read of a few folks doing that, often in conjunction with shock extensions to gain a little downward travel.

You could substitute any brand's control arms for the Mopars. Preferably, I'd buy adjustable control arms to allow you to fine tune your caster and driveshaft angle.
