I’ve got a 2016 jeep jk and i’m looking into putting 37s on it. I don’t want it to look to low or to tall. The tires I’ll be running are 37x12.5xr22. What’s a ideal lift size, brand I should go with?

A 2" lift is pushing it for the 37", so you may need a 4" inch lift. Then there are the gear ratios of the Jeep differentials. You will need to run the VIN to determine the ratio currently within the pumpkins. Likely 3.21s.
You will need to but new diffs in, gear ratios for you could run-up to the 4.88's based on charts for tire sizes. You will also need to reprogram the speedo to get accuracy back with the taller tires or risk losing some serious scratch especially if you bust your state's super speeder law.
I when with a full-blown upgrade with Eaton Electric Lockers in 4.56 ratio front and rear of course. I love the on-demand lockup when I needed it, especially pulling a camper trailer.
To do it properly, you really need a 4" lift for 37" tires. The only way you could successfully run 37s with a 2" lift would be to have some sort of highline fenders, where it moves the fender flares up several inches by removing material from the fenders themselves (or just new fenders in general).
The issue with 2" and 37s is that you're going to severely reduce the amount of up-travel you have, and therefore reduce ride quality both on-road and off-road, and this will of course limit you from running a longer travel shock (thus limiting the up-travel of course).
@Clayton Off Road makes really good lifts from what I am told, and they are a sponsor on this board. I would reach out to them, as they'd be happy to discuss your build with you and present you with different options for what you want to achieve.
AEV is another top choice of mine as well in terms of lifts.

Depending on what you're going to be using the Jeep for, there's a couple of different ways you can achieve 37" tires. If the vehicle is mainly used on road, and if you do go wheeling it you're not flexing it out too hard, you can get away with one of our 3.5" lift kits, as it will actually get you a little closer to 4" of lift. If you are going to be wheeling it regularly, you can still get away with the 3.5" kit however you might need to replace your fenders with some sort of tube style design and then adjust your bump stops accordingly. A 4.5" kit which we also sell for the JK would be the easiest way to achieve 37s, as it would allow for the most clearance and you would be set up perfectly for on road and off road driving. Hopefully this helps some, I'll leave a link to our kits so you can check them out! Let me know if you have any other questions.
