Slow down and use some punctuation, we won't be able to help if we can't understand what you are trying to say.

Then, start with the year of your jeep and trim level, different years have different options and different engines.

Describe the noise the best you can, and when then tell us when you hear it. Do you hear it all the time or only when accelerating or when turning right?

The more information you give us the more likely we will be able to help. Are there mods on the jeep? etc.

Does the noise change when you push on the clutch? It could possibly the clutch release bearing.

Hold a socket wrench extension against the bell housing and if you can feel the knock thru that extension, I'm guessing you have a clutch problem.
Is the noise we're hearing with your JK in gear or in neutral?
Put it in gear and hold the clutch in; put it in neutral and hold the clutch in and let it out and see if the noise changes.

If it's consistent throughout the shifting process (clutch in/clutch out) and in each gear, not sure what to tell you. Catalytic converter shot, but that sound more like pebbles in a soda can.
