What is this part called? Does it look bad?

This look really bad to you or what? Is this something I should get replaced immediately? It doesn't look easy. What do you call this part? This is part of the strut Nd spring assembly but what do you call the pin? Its a '14. This is the front left.

Just as an FYI, the bump stop is designed to keep the suspension from bottoming out. As long as you are not doing any heavy off-roading replacing it isn’t that urgent.

That is your bump stop, it stops the axle from travelling too far up. The foam part is called a jounce bumper. I would just replace it if you ever do other maintenance.

Those bumpstops cushions just pull out and the new push in with effort.
