What is the easiest way to reconnect the air dam?

Been reading here about the air dam.mine is loose or not connected on one end, just realized thats the noise I'm hearing. What's the easiest way to.reconnect, I don't want to disturb any cooling issues it helps with

Mine is a bit loose as well. Hope to remove shortly to add Flat tow bracket. I'm trying to figure out how to better secure my inner fenders. The back of them rest on the frame rail and there is play enough I hear them banging down on the rail as I drive. I'm thinking of somehow zip tying them down to the Frame

Back when I got my first JK I zip tied mine. Now it is one of the first things I remove.
