If you have the hard top, There is a foam sticky kit on the market. As for a soft top, this is just an alignment issues. We drive with our sunrider option open 2 weeks ago while in Wyoming. it's been raining in MD for the past week and we've developed a leak also. Otherwise, it really depends on where the leak is entering the cabin. Ours is from the drivers side left corner of the door. I suspect as I said above I haven't sealed the sunrider to the windshield correctly and will have to look into doing as soon as the weather clears. This might sound odd, but I've noticed when I open the door when it's raining and if rain drips onto the rubber seal, it will start leaking there so best clean/dry the seals before you enter the jeep. I've also seen extended drip edges and might invest in one myself.
