If your radio knows anything about your vehicle, this is how. Possible the previous owner removed whatever that controlled. Best bet is to try and follow the wires. Distinctive colors at least. Click to expand... I will...out of town for a week...will check it out when I get back. But it looks like it does go under across driver side and up into center dash area.
