i have a 2011 jeep jk 2 door and want to put a 6.5 inch lift on it, i’m planning on making this a trail jeep that gets some on road time. i’m aware that with 6.5 inches of lift causes bad caster and pinion angle and am having trouble on what i need to fix that and what a good pinion and caster angle is.

You'll need a full set of adjustable control arms, new driveshafts, etc.

However, I'd personally suggest keeping it more along the lines of a 4" suspension lift and a 1" body lift. That will give you less trouble and clear a 37" just fine.

this is my jeep right now, it has 3.25 rc lift and i have 3 inch coil spacers that i have that i want to put on but just wasn’t sure if i could get by with a transfer case drop and adjusting caster so my driveshafts don’t blow up on me

You will have to replace the front driveshaft with a aftermarket on for lifted Jeeps.

The only way to change the pinion angles is with adjustable control arms, but the main purpose of them is for alignment. If once alignment is where it's supposed to be the only way to change the pinion angle is to cut off the brackets on the axles and then set your angle where you want it then reweld all of them back on.
