What bumper is this?

I just purchased this new to me Jeep Rubicon last week over Thanksgiving.

Was wondering if anyone could share some insight on what bumper, rock rail and wheels is already on the car.
Wheels say Fuel on them if thats of any help.

Are they worth keeping/reselling? My only problem is that I've never been a big fan of chrome, and would rather black it all out.

You see that a lot down here in the south. lol
