I guess I should have said as long as it says gl-5 on the bottle, most people probably don't know that's what is the recommended type. Also 80w-90 is what is supposed to be used unless it's synthetic.

Still no... had customers use "Walmart" oil and within 5K blow gears, transmissions, engines... same specs as OEM oils but cheaper price wise. Spend the $$ and get a good quality oil.
