Hi! I just installed the Teraflex 2.5 inch S/T2 Lift Kit with Fox 2.0 Performance Shocks on my 2018 2 dr JK Sport. I’ve added steel front and rear bumpers, steel rock sliders, and a Garvin roof rack. My question is: since I’ve lost some of my lift because of the added weight from my aftermarket mods, is there an easy to change my lift from 2.5 to 3 or even 3.5? By adding extra pucks or switching out my new coil springs? What else would I need to make it work? Thanks!!

As long as you're staying close to the height you were at prior to adding the heavy parts, you should be fine to add spring spacers. If you decide to use longer springs instead, be aware that actual lift varies and look for springs with a spring rate similar to what you're replacing or you risk ending up with a poor match of springs to shocks.

I did a similar thing with a tj I used to have years ago. I had 2.5 inch lift springs on it and just added another 1 or 1.5 inch spacer at the top of the springs. It rode and handled the same as when just the lift springs were on it.

Good info. Im in the same boat. Added front bumper/winch, bigger tires, sound system. And Im about to install some lights and maybe a jack. Any particular spacers recommended? Or is it so simple brand doesnt matter?

My Teraflex lift is a 2.5" and I lost 1/2" with the roof rack, the spare tire and my 6'6" 300lb ass. It now measures out to almost a perfect 2" fully loaded, and I don't mind the stance at that height.

I don't remember the brand. They were probably the cheapest things I could get off of ebay at the time, because that's the budget I was on back then. I ran that jeep like that for several years and never had any issues.
