Changing my air filter, noticed this leak below the assembly. I’m not very knowledgeable on these things. What is this tank and should it be open? It’s above passenger wheel well below the air filter assembly.
That’s not a tank. Your air box ( where the air filter goes) may be leaking oil because your CCV valve may need to be replaced causing oil to come from the hose that is connected to the top of the valve cover. Is there a lot of oil in your air filter box ?
