Touchscreen radio not working

I have a 2015 Wrangler and the touch screen stopped working. It turns on and I can use the radio or media but using the buttons on the side of the radio but the touch screen is non-responsive. Any thoughts as to what caused this and how to fix it?

Mine stopped working over a year ago. It's a pain in the a$$. Going to be ordering an Android unit here soon.

A chance to repair is a chance to upgrade... You can get a 10" Android/Carplay on Amazon for less than $300.

Mine never worked off the Lot. Wait, I have no idea what it is ( a touchy screen). The primary use of my right hand is shifting gears.
