hi,
can i run 35 / 12.5.17 on OEM wheels?
in having 2 'lift
do i need to putt spacer?

Everybody is getting new tires.

That is pretty big for a stock wheel which I believe are 7.5 inches wide with just enough backspacing to fit 255 75 r17s.

1. If you plan on offroading then this will not work for a few reasons.
2" lift is not enough for 35s to have any flex.

2. Don't use spacers on offroading rigs, too many bolts, thus too many things that can go wrong. (I don't like them in general for that reason)

3. I'm not sure that a 12.5 tire can fit on a 7.5 rim and be safe. Someone here has tried I'm sure.

For a mall crawler (not a dirty word) You may be able to get this to work but there is probably going to be rubbing somewhere.

100% wheel spacers will need to be used. That being said, for the hassle of dealing with spacers, pick up some wheels for a bit over a 100 a piece. You will be happier in the long run, and you make the jeep more you.
