Swapping 325x65x18 to 37x12.50x18 Can I run 37's with a 2' Mopar lift and flat fender flares ?

Hello , new to the forum I have a 2016 JK Unlimited Rubicon with a 2' Mopar lift , I am currently running 325x65x18 tires If i swap out the stock fender flares with flat flares can i run a 37x12.50x18 ?
 
On the road perhaps. Somebody that runs 37s can speak up, but I would be concerned that the drive train etc can handle that size of tire. Even with dana 44s.

Off roading I doubt that size lift will work. Once again, others will chime in.

Thanks for your reply MacGuyver would you recommend a 35 " tire then or stay with my current size? A 325 is pretty much equivalent to a 35" ? And the flat flares would just give me more clearance for articulation ?
