Spray painting hardtop?

Has anyone tried spray painting your hardtop? My hardtop is grey and I would like to paint it black.

Any tips or advice?

It’s all about prep work, the spray won’t stick unless it’s properly sanded down and scuffed up, just don’t go too deep or make gouges in it. They make the mopar color for the pray for black hard tops too.

I did this to the hardtop on my TJ and it turned out looking better than new. But, I put in A LOT of prep-work and made sure I did it right.
