I have seen that issue but the linkage seems tight and in good condition. I have also tried disconnecting it and moved it to its full position and still won’t go to park on the dash. Physically it is in park but it doesn’t read it on the display. I would like to see how the dash gets the position of the shift linkage. Is it the neutral safety switch that sends that signal?
